Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
27abc currently accepts transactions through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited — only use methods registered in your own name.
3.2 Minimum Limits
The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Transactions below these amounts will not be processed.
3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, in special circumstances they may be delayed due to the verification process. If there is any active bonus wagering on the account at the time of withdrawal, the withdrawal will be automatically held.
3.4 Withdrawal Verification
For security purposes, 27abc may conduct identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. If the required documents (national ID, mobile banking statement) are not submitted on time, the withdrawal will remain on hold. If the documents are not satisfactory, the account may be placed under investigation.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳10,000 or more adds the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳15,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering must be completed before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not included. The wagering multiplier is 10x. For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
4.3 Bonus Usage Rules
The following rules apply to any bonus offer:
- A user may claim a specific promotion only once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
- A specific bet limit applies when playing with bonus funds — this limit is stated in the detailed terms of each promotion.
- If bonus abuse or a strategy to avoid wagering is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
4.4 VIP Program
27abc has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:
- Bronze — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Silver — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
- Gold — up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
Higher tiers can be reached through consistent gameplay and activity on the platform. Decisions regarding VIP benefits are entirely at 27abc's discretion.
Fair Play and Prohibited Activities
5.1 Fair Play Policy
